Hipcalla giriş yaptıktan sonra, [Telefon \> kullanıcılar](https://use.hipcall.com.tr/portal/settings/communication/phone/users/) bölümünden Telesktreter özelliğiniz aktif etmek istediğiniz kullanıcı detayına gidin. Ardından soldaki menüden “[sesli mesaj](https://use.hipcall.com.tr/portal/settings/communication/phone/users/24/voicemail/)” özelliğini aktif hale getirebilirsiniz.
